These disks are connected by a common spindle that spins at very high speed (some spindle rotate at speeds of 3600 revolutions per minute).  The two surfaces of a platter are covered with a magnetic material similar to that on a magnetic tape. Fundamental Skills Of Swimming :

Free Style :

This method is used for swimming fast and is the most popular method. In this method one hand remains above the water and the other help in propelling the body further with alternating (up and down) flutter kick.

In free style swimming the swimmer does not have to touch the wall of Swimming pool with the hand while turning or finishing. He can touch the wall with any part of his body.

Back Stroke :

In this method, the swimming is done on the back. In this method the mouth remains out of the water and it is easy to respirate. This method comprises alternate movement's of the arms with a flutter kick while lying on the back.

Breast Stroke :

It is a very comfortable stroke. Breast stroke involves simultaneous movements of the arms on a uniform horizontal plane. The hands are pressed out in front of the breast in a heart shaped pattern and retrieved under or on the surface of the water. The kick is simultaneously performed in a circular motion just like the action of a frog. In this way arms and legs both push the body forward.

Butterfly Stroke :

This is a very difficult stroke. In this stroke both the arms push the body forward and the legs move up and down alternatively.
